We are pleased to report that in the month of February a total of 36 high school boys from the Deep South verbally committed to play college lacrosse, including 1 from the 2022 class and 1 who will be joining an NCAA D1 program. We also had 4 varsity lacrosse players commit to play college football last month. Please note, our area of coverage in the Deep South consists of the 9 states east/northeast of Texas (AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, and TN).
Florida led all states with 11 commitments, followed by Georgia with 9, North Carolina with 7, South Carolina with 6, and Alabama with 3. North Carolina had the '22 commit while Alabama placed the only D1 recruit last month.
